The Clean Air Challenge is one of Alaska’s premier fundraising events. It’s a one- or two-day, 60 or 120 mile cycling expedition from Houston to Talkeetna. Its fun, non-competitive and for people of all abilities!

The ride starts and finishes at Houston High School and rides north on the Parks Highway to Talkeetna and back. Clean Air Challenge 60 & 120 Trekkers are treated to fabulous hospitality, delicious food, live music, and a celebratory program in a relaxing atmosphere.
Clean Air Challenge 120 trekkers stay overnight at the beautiful Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, while the 60-mile trekkers are driven back to Houston High School via Holland America Motor coach after dinner at the lodge.
