The following is a brief summary of the new ordinance or click here to view the ordinance in it's entirety.

All bars will now be required to be smokefree.
All retail tobacco stores will now be required to be smokefree.
All private clubs who serve alcohol, have employees, and/or are open to the public will now be required to be smokefree.
All workplaces with 1 employee or more will now be required to be smokefree.
Smoking will not be allowed within 50 feet of hospital entrances, within 20 feet of municipal buildings and workplaces, and within 5 feet of bars.
